Job summary

A leading tech firm in Malaysia seeks an experienced Sales Executive to develop markets and enhance sales orders with existing customers. The role requires coordination with engineering and quality departments, preparation of sales forecasts, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Candidates should possess a degree in Marketing or Business Administration and have 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing. They will work in a collaborative environment and must understand customer drawings.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing or similar fields, preferably in semiconductor processes.
  • Knowledge of best practices for CSR and regulatory compliance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new markets and retain/increase sales orders from existing customers.
  • Coordinate with Engineering for FA submission and assist in handling customer complaints.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts for each customer account.

Job description

Develop new market, retain and increase sales order from existing customer.


Coordinate with Engineering Department for FA submission. Assist Quality Department in handling customer complaints.


Coordinate order intake and delivery.


Prepare annual sales forecast for individual customer account.


Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company's Health, Safety & Environmental policies.


Perform other job function as deem necessary by management.


Competencies


  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

  • 2-5 years’ Experience in any manufacturing fields or similar fields; prefer in Semiconductor process.

  • Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), best practices for CSR will be an advantage.

  • Able to be well versed on costing format and provide quotation to customers.

  • Able to conduct review meeting during RFQ stage.

  • Hands on in customer PO/Shipment processing in ERP system.

  • Good internal interaction across departments.

  • Able to read and understand customer's drawing.
