Job description
Responsibilities
  • Process customers’ purchases to generate sales invoices, ensure all orders are received and proceeded by 3PL for delivery.
  • Credit management for stocks rejections.
  • Contact with commercial team to clarify inquiries, price and delivery times.
  • Monitoring of 3PL KPI on POD processes.
  • Communicate with the sales team and/or 3PL to resolve ad hoc problems on delivery.
  • Managed and oversaw the application process for local import permits and SIRIM certifications.
  • To undertake any assigned tasks by Management time‑to‑time.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
  • Direct experience in supply chain operation would be advantageous.
  • Good computer skills such as MS Office and SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Hands‑on style and being a good team player.
  • Possess service‑minded and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
