A leading banking institution in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual to perform banking services and deliver superior customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with transactions, achieving branch performance standards, and developing long-term customer relationships to foster cross-selling. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2 years in branch operations, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of banking regulations. Performs banking services in the area of delivering superior customer service contacts or assists customers and prospective customers
Attend to walk in customers and perform day to day banking transactions
Achieves branch performance standards including operating loss control and compliance with policies and procedures
Develop and build long term business relationship with customer to foster cross selling opportunities
Ensures all operational procedures comply with manuals and other banking rules regulations
Identifies and escalates risks inherent in particular situations or transactions Assess, control, monitor and report impact of risks, franchise, regulatory or financial
Bachelors' degree in any field or equivalent banking industry experience.
Minimum 2 years in branch operations, service and basic sales knowledge.
Experience in banking industry on sales and marketing is added advantage.
Excellent verbal and accounting skills.
Good understanding of banking regulatory.
