A roadside assistance company in Klang City is seeking customer service agents to handle inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities include collecting information, coordinating dispatch services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess SPM/Diploma qualifications and have strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience in a call center or customer service is preferred, and candidates must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Handle inbound calls from customers requesting roadside assistance.
Collect accurate details such as location, vehicle information, and issue type.
Provide clear guidance and reassurance to customers in distress.
Dispatch and coordinate with tow truck operators and service partners.
Make outbound calls to update customers on service status and ETA.
Follow up with customers to ensure service completion and satisfaction.
Record and update all cases accurately in the system.
Adhere to company SOPs and service quality standards.
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service or call centre is an advantage.
Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
(additional languages such as Tamil are an advantage).
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience in roadside assistance, automotive, insurance, or emergency services.
Familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
