Job summary

A property management company in Kapar, Selangor, seeks a Customer Service Executive. Responsibilities include managing phone and walk-in inquiries, maintaining client databases, and preparing tenancy agreements. Candidates should have at least a Diploma and 1-2 years of customer service experience. Both Malay and English proficiency is necessary, along with good communication skills. The role requires working independently as well as part of a team. Transport is a must for commute.

Goldcoin Starhill Sdn Bhd – Kapar, Selangor

To attend to phone calls and attend to all walk-in queries pertaining to booking of dormitory units.

Perform all kinds of routine administrative and filing duties.

To maintain a database of clients requesting units, with their contact details and details of their request.

To liaise with potential clients on Sales enquiries in the absence of Sales Manager or Sales Executive.

Prepare and issuing of Letter of Offer, Tenancy agreement and Commercial agreement

Liaise and Follow up with customers for the signing of ‘Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement’ and Commercial Agreement.

To maintain and ensure all the documentation is fulfil the audit requirement.

To follow-up and prepare the expiring tenancy agreement in monthly.

Prepare and submit the Tenancy Agreement to stamping of LHDN via online.

Received any complaints and feedback from customers & resolved the problem with the respective departments.

To Prepare and issuing monthly Billing report for all units dormitory.

Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested from Sales Manager & Finance Manager.

Prepare customers survey report, customers retention and sale forecast annually.

To prepare Credit Note/Waive liaise with CSA.

To assist on audit inspection request by customers.

To assist and handling monthly social event with residents.

To assist Assistant Accommodation Manager in routine matters.

Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to write and converse in Malay and English
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Possesses own transport and valid driving license
  • Able to work in Selangor - Kapar / Klang
