This is an exciting opportunity to join SMARTBUILDERS CONTRACTOR SDN.BHD. as a Customer Service Manager. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyse customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide coaching, training and development to customer service representatives to continuously improve their skills and performance
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Identify and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and systems
