Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking candidates for a Customer Service Live Chat role (Non Voice). Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year experience and be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries through live chat and social media, resolving complaints, and achieving service targets. The position offers a salary between RM2500 - RM3700 based on qualifications and experience, with additional allowances for overtime and shifts.

Qualifications

Customer Service Live Chat (Non Voice) - up to RM3700)
  • To handle all customer enquiries and requests promptly, accurately, and professionally. Live Chat / Social-Media and Email Correspondence.
  • To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level by ensuring that all enquiries are answered within the service level.
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation.
  • Follow up and resolve customers complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
  • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complaints to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Must be able to communicate and write Emails well in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
  • Willing to work in shift & rotation basis.
