Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time support via live chat for payment, deposit, and top-up inquiries.
  • Provide professional product information and after-sales support.
  • Record and follow up on customer feedback or complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Finance) to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and communication records.
  • Support the supervisor with other customer service-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • SPM or above qualification, or at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel — knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and Excel certification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in cloud customer service, front desk, or administrative roles will be an added advantage.

Salary & Work Arrangement

Working Hours: Rotational shifts weekly

  • Morning Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Evening Shift: 5 PM – 12 AM (Work from home)

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000

Work Location: Maluri, KL (Near MRT KAJANG LINE, 5 minutes walk)

任职要求
  • SPM或以上学历,或至少1年相关工作经验。
  • 良好的中英文沟通能力。
  • 具备亲和力、耐心及以客户为导向的服务态度。
  • 能够同时处理多项任务,适应快节奏的工作环境。
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Excel,掌握 VLOOKUP、数据透视表等技能者优先;持有 Excel 相关证书者更佳。
  • 拥有云端客服、前台或行政类工作经验者优先考虑。

薪资待遇/工作安排

工作时间:每周轮班制;早班:9 am – 6 pm;晚班:5 pm – 12 am(居家)

薪资:RM 3,500 - RM 5,000

工作地点:Maluri, KL (靠近 MRT KAJANG LINE, 5 分钟路程)
