• 全面负责、审核及处理海运出口/进口事务
• 与托运人协调出口货物及文件的及时提交
• 与收货人协调进口货物的派送
• 准备并执行相关文件（提单、舱单、发票、EDI 数据等）
• 与团队协作，理解并遵守 SOP，维持高水准客户服务
• 可通过电邮与国际客户沟通

Key Responsibilities :

• Overall in-charges , review and process Sea Export / Import transactions
• Coordinate with shippers for timely cargo and document submission for Exports.
• Coordinate with consignees for delivery of Import cargo.
• Prepare and execute documents. (Bill of Ladings, Manifest, Billing Invoices, EDI data, etc)
• Work with the team to understand and comply with SOP,to maintain high level of customer service.
• Ability to corresponds by emails with international customers

What we need from you:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Training is provided
• Written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with mandarin speaking candidate
• Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Good Interpersonal Skills, Ability to multitask
• Preferably serving currently customer service Officer specialized in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong , Selangor
