A local retail company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking candidates for a customer service position. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries about online shopping and handling complaints. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Both experienced and fresh candidates are welcome, as training will be provided. Additional benefits include annual leave and contributions to EPF & SOSCO.
Answer customer enquiry in relation to ON-LINE shopping of products and services in Shopee / Lazada and so on
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Understand what customer needed and suggest various product option that available
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
With / Without experience are acceptable
Working in air-conditioning Office Room
