Overview

Customer Service (Inbound) - Immediate hiring.

Compensation and Working Hours

Basic salary: RM2000 - RM2300 (based on experience)

Allowances: Performance incentive up to RM300, Shift Allowance RM90, Transport Allowance up to RM200.

Operating hours: 5 days work with 2 days off (not fixed), shift rotation

Contract: 6 months (renewable)

Job scope

• To handle all types of customers from various channels including correspondence from customers, providing customers with answers to their technical issues, general and product enquiries.
• To ensure that each transaction is handled in a way that contributes to overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.
