A well-established multinational company is seeking a Customer Service Executive for its office in Melaka. This role focuses on managing customer inquiries while ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling calls, resolving complaints, and collaborating with team members. Fresh graduates with a Degree or Diploma are encouraged to apply, while SPM holders with 2 years of customer service experience are also welcomed. Working Schedule: 5 Working days, 2 off days (rotation)
