Our client is a well-established multinational company with a strong presence in the industry. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to be based in Melaka, responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Working Schedule: 5 Working days, 2 off days (rotation)

Job Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
  • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results & productivity.
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates with a Degree or Diploma are encouraged to apply.
  • SPM holders must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Looking for someone passionate in Sales and good in persuading customer (Commissions is provided).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Candidate must be able to work in rotational days (5 working days, 2 off days, rotational shift hours).
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Melaka City.
