Join the customer service team at the University of Cyberjaya and put your excellent English and Mandarin language skills to use. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff and other stakeholders through various communication channels.

What you’ll be doing
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from students, parents and other customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide information about the university’s academic programmes, facilities, policies and procedures
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
