Overview

At AmBank Group, we are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers/Executives based in Kampar, Perak Branch. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure all its transactions are in compliance with policies (internal & external), guidelines and regulations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking products and services
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Participate in regular training and development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest products, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and practices
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for helping others
  • A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Candidate with PCE/ CEILLI license would be an added advantage.
