Job summary

Job Responsibility:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, products information, service, pricing and delivery information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Perform customer verifications (based on transaction and credit limits).
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources / departments.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments and transactions.
  • Assisting sales team to resolve customer issues.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • To perform any ad hoc assignments as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Words & Excel.
  • Required language: English
  • Interest in helping and working with customers.

  • Adaptability with Company management directives
  • Pleasant personality and good inter personal skills
