About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at Southern Latex Products Sdn Bhd in Sungai Bakap, Penang. In this full‑time position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients mainly from Europe, the US and Asia.

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing order processing and shipment arrangement
  • Prepare proforma invoice, sale contract, shipping document and follow up payment with customer
  • Service and maintain good networking and relationship with existing customer
  • Assist in internal efficiency communication to resolve customer concerns
  • Assist in marketing development/coordination and contribute to sales growth
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and market analysis
  • Handling customer complaint
  • Coordinating shipment inspection
  • Attend overseas & local exhibitions when required
What we’re looking for
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing or customer service, preferably in gloves, personal protective equipment field
  • Familiar with international business, export coordinating and logistic handling
  • Fluent in English for both verbal and written, Mandarin speaker will be added advantage
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Possess good teamwork, self‑motivated and able to work under minimum supervision
