Requirement
  • Required to speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory as the role requires candidates to deal withMandarin speaking counterparts
  • Fresh graduate with no experience is welcome to apply, but ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential

Responsibility
  • Responsible for daily operation, deliver excellent customer service to deal and resolve players’ queries and issues
  • Actively collect feedback from players, summarize them and submit promptly to operation team for improvement
  • Perform data collection and analysis, propose operational improvement plans from players’ perspectives to optimize users’ experience
  • Ensure high quality service standards are met, maintain and/or increase customer connections
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed
