  • Ensure seamless coordination of global shipments, quotation preparation, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide sales support by assisting with pricing strategies, quotations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with overseas shipping agencies, freight forwarders, and trade regulators.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations and customer service (CS) processes to ensure the smooth execution of international shipments.
  • Provide senior management with actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for continuous business growth.
  • Develop and implement high-impact business strategies to expand international market presence
  • Identity emerging markets and business opportunities through in-depth market and competitor analysis
  • Negotiate high-value agency agreements and contracts to stregnthen global partnerships
  • Represent the company in global conferences, trae shows, and industry networking events.
Requirements
