Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Working Hours: 24 x 7 hours rotational shift, 5 working days per week

Salary: Monthly salary with minimum RM2500, plus attractive allowances

What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues via email and calls
  • Assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, baggage claims, and more
  • Deliver world-class service with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both spoken & written)
  • Able to work in 24 hours rotation shift
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus – familiarity with airline is a plus
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer‑focused with a positive attitude and team spirit
