  • Monitor and mentor Customer Service staff.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and training.

Responsibilities
  • Process customers’ purchase orders and coordinate with the Logistic Department to ensure timely delivery for all orders.
  • Provide supports to Marketing Team, Customer Service (CS) Managers.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
  • Handle complaints and provide solutions to customers.
  • quotation, invoices, sales return order, filling up credit/debit control form on time and ensure procedures are in accordance to SOP.
  • Provide material requisition to purchasing department for non-keep stock items and follow up with purchasing on delivery.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times and ensure customer’s satisfaction.
  • Monitor, supervise and mentor CS junior executive and CS clerk.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, set goals and targets for CS junior executive and CS clerk.
  • Work closely with CS manager to increase sales, profit and customer’s satisfaction.
  • Take pro-active roles to increase efficiency of CS team.
  • Conduct internal training to CS junior executive and CS clerks.
