Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Additional skillsets required: detailed oriented, problem‑solving skills and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.
  • Candidate to ensure efficient and high‑quality customer service across all channels while driving continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Candidate must be able to analyze operational data, trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required as the role involves liaising with Mandarin‑speaking customers and agents.
  • This position is located in Setia Alam.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all customer service activities related to sea import freight forwarding operations.
  • Liaise with customers to understand their shipping requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and process all necessary import/export documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of freight services.
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service and suggest process enhancements.
  • Prepare and issue freight quotations to customers based on shipping requirements, ensuring competitive pricing and accuracy.
