Job Overview

Responsible for managing customer service inquiries, ensuring that customers receive professional, timely, and high-quality assistance to enhance satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls, respond to emails, and handle online inquiries to resolve issues (e.g., product information, order processing, returns, and exchanges).
  • Provide preliminary product recommendations following company procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and exceptional cases, coordinating solutions with internal departments.
  • Regularly collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure the integrity of system data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; a background in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, nutrition, or related fields is a plus.
  • Have at least 1 year of customer service experience; familiarity with health supplements or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills; basic computer proficiency, including document processing in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Patient and detail-oriented, with strong stress management and teamwork abilities.
