In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about our products, services and policies to customers
  • Troubleshooting issues and problem-solving to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on outstanding matters
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
