  • SPM / Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field.
  • Possess 3–5 years of customer service or center operations.
  • Good command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
  • Computer literate.
  • Independent with good problem‑solving skills.
Responsibility
  • 1. Customer Service & Order Handling
    • Handle distributors’ enquiries and support order processing.
    • Resolve customer issues, feedback, and urgent incidents.
    • Integrate customer and team feedback to propose improvements.
  • 2. Distributor Center Operations
    • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Distributor Center.
    • Assist in maintaining general upkeep, cleanliness, and operational readiness of the center.
    • Conduct regular inspections and report issues promptly.
  • 3. Reporting & Administration
    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
    • Manage form approvals, access/authority applications, and internal control documents.
    • Support other administrative duties and assigned work‑related tasks or projects.
  • 4. SOP & Operational Quality
    • Ensure all processes follow SOP and service standards.
    • Review workflows and assist in implementing improvements.
    • Support crisis handling and coordinate with other departments when needed.
