As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This full-time position will involve managing inbound customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, representing the company with professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

What you'll be doing
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all activities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer requests
  • Identifying and escalating any recurring customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution
  • Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
What we’re looking for
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information to customers

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
