Job summary

A leading printing company in Klang, Selangor is seeking a motivated individual for a customer service role. The incumbent will be the main point of contact for customers, processing orders and promoting products. With responsibilities including handling customer inquiries and coordinating with sales and production teams, the ideal candidate brings a diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for customers — calls, emails, face-to-face.
  • Process orders fast & issue job tickets same day.
  • Compute pricing for quotations & ensure POs are accurate.
  • Promote company products & services to customers.
  • Follow up on artwork, approvals & delivery schedules.
  • Track orders & keep customers updated.
  • Solve issues fast, keep customers happy & loyal.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales & Production teams.
  • Update records & customer info in our system.
