Job summary

A manufacturing firm in Malaysia is looking for an individual to handle order processing and customer support. Qualifications

• Ability to plan, organize, work independently and efficiently.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform order processing, from sales orders to delivery instructions.
• Support customers on all enquiries which includes prepare quotation, shipment schedule and quality related matters.
• Follow up on sample product delivery (i.e. prototype)
• Coordinating with shipping/ production/ warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop excellent business relationship with customers through phone call, email and regular visit.
• Follow up outstanding payments and tooling cost.
• To monitor and compile customer’s demand forecast.
• To work closely with planning team on customer’s demand and shipment related matters.

Requirements

• Min. diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies/supply chain, marketing or equivalent.
• Preferable 1-2 years order processing experience in manufacturing industry, fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Able to plan, organize, work independently and efficiently
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and good time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
• Candidates with immediate availability are highly advantageous.
