Job Description

  1. Handle customer service support on our Mobile Application (Interior Premium Outlet) regarding products and services such as furniture, home decor and appliances, lighting, air-conditioning, electrical work, renovation etc.
  2. Cold calling and sales closure via emails/phone calls.
  3. Deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the mobile app, products & services.
  4. Answer customer enquiries and solve customer complaints by telephone.
  5. Build relationships and communicate with customers over the telephone, providing high standards of service through open and interactive communication.
  6. Participate in reviewing internal operation excellence including, but not limited to, periodic review of customer's credit, regular review of customer's payment behaviour, monitoring shipment of goods, providing sales quotations, determining stock availability to ensure customer-centric excellence, and processing sales orders.
  7. Recommend the best plan and solutions according to customer information and needs.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
  4. Personal drive in achieving sales targets assigned.
  5. Ability to think independently and possess a positive attitude with minimum supervision.
  6. Good communication skills.
  7. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.
  8. Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday (9am- 6pm), 1st Saturday of the month (9am – 1pm).
