Attending to enquiries/request / complaints over the telephone on products and services.
Frontline of voice touch point that serve all enquiries/ requests/ feedback/ complaints on Company products and services from participant, non-participant, and intermediaries.
To support other entities calls in the company for products and services upon skill assignment.
To support non-Voice touchpoint and Life Service Fulfillment roles for the company when there is a criticality of short manpower and backup is needed.
