Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to manage incoming customer enquiries and resolve complaints effectively. The ideal candidate will hold at least an SPM or Diploma, with a minimum of one year of related experience, and be willing to work on a shift basis. Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries promptly from Postpaid customers accurately and professionally.
  • Follow up and resolve customers complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity.
  • Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
  • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
  • Upsell and cross-sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
Job requirements:
  • Minimum must have SPM or Diploma
  • Must have at least 1 year of related working experience
  • Willing to work in shift & rotation basis.
