Job summary

A customer service company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Customer Support Representative. This role involves providing professional and empathetic support to customers through phone and chat, troubleshooting content streaming issues, and guiding customers through account management. Candidates must be fluent in Cantonese, Traditional Chinese, and English and have 1-2 years of customer service experience. This position requires working 100% from the office, with a rotational shift including weekends.

  • Full working rights for Malaysia is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via inbound phone and chat.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues relating to content streaming services. For example: device compatibility and login errors.
  • Guide customers through account management and billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Stay informed on product updates and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese (verbal), Traditional Chinese (written), and English (verbal and written).
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in CSAT-focused customer service.
  • Willing to work on shifts 9am-9pm (including weekends). 5 working days, 2 days off (40 hours per week).
  • Willing to work 100% Work from Office, onsite in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. There is no hybrid mode possible for the position.
  • Only for candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.
Work Time

9am-9pm rotational shift including weekends and public holidays.

Work Days

5 working days and 2 days off (40 hours per week).
