A customer service company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Customer Support Representative. This role involves providing professional and empathetic support to customers through phone and chat, troubleshooting content streaming issues, and guiding customers through account management. Candidates must be fluent in Cantonese, Traditional Chinese, and English and have 1-2 years of customer service experience. This position requires working 100% from the office, with a rotational shift including weekends.
9am-9pm rotational shift including weekends and public holidays.
