Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing customer call center operations, handling enquiries and requests from customers, salespersons, dealers, and suppliers related to Finance, Insurance, and Leasing businesses.
  • To meet customers’ expectations and needs by addressing enquiries related to new loan applications, account modifications, account management matters, customer complaints, early termination requests, and other related services.
  • To manage customer call center operations by handling enquiries and requests from customers, salespersons, dealers, and suppliers.
  • Manage customer data, administrate contract closing in CMS and ensure maintenance of Lien Registration and Release.
  • Any other ad‑hoc task as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma or higher qualification in Business or a related field.
  • Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in automotive finance, ideally in hire purchase within the finance or banking field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance/Leasing Contract Management ERP systems.
  • Sound understanding of hire purchase terms, processes, contract administration, and legal documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Detail‑oriented, numerate, conscientious, proactive, and accurate.
