Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing customer call center operations, handling enquiries and requests from customers, salespersons, dealers, and suppliers related to Finance, Insurance, and Leasing businesses.
- To meet customers’ expectations and needs by addressing enquiries related to new loan applications, account modifications, account management matters, customer complaints, early termination requests, and other related services.
- To manage customer call center operations by handling enquiries and requests from customers, salespersons, dealers, and suppliers.
- Manage customer data, administrate contract closing in CMS and ensure maintenance of Lien Registration and Release.
- Any other ad‑hoc task as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or higher qualification in Business or a related field.
- Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in automotive finance, ideally in hire purchase within the finance or banking field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Strong knowledge of Finance/Leasing Contract Management ERP systems.
- Sound understanding of hire purchase terms, processes, contract administration, and legal documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented, numerate, conscientious, proactive, and accurate.
- Strong multi‑tasking and time‑management abilities.
- Able to perform under pressure and manage stress effectively.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Able to meet deadlines consistently.
