Job summary
  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Monday: Morning
    • Tuesday: Morning
    • Wednesday: Morning
    • Thursday: Morning
    • Friday: Morning
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: RM2,600 - RM2,900 per month
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or any related with system support.
  • Provide accurate product or service information and basic customer support.
  • Assist in diagnosing common system problems and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., developers, and IT support).
  • Monitor support queues and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to relay customer feedback and identify common trends.
  • Support onboarding processes and provide guidance to new users where needed.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on the business goal and direction.
  • Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.
Requirements
  • SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or any related field.

  • 1 year working experience in the related field is an advantages.

  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
