Job summary

A retail cooperative in Johor Bahru is seeking Customer Service Assistants to enhance customer satisfaction at new branches. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing invoicing tasks, and contributing to team targets. Training will be provided, and applicants should be willing to work at various branches as needed.

Due to our expansion and opening of new branches in Kuantan, Ipoh, Petaling J, Ampang & Penang, we are looking for fresh graduates to join us as Customer Service Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Respond to customer's inquiry.
2. Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
3. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing branch target
4. Responsible for branch invoicing and administrative duties
5. Prospect our services to walk-in customers
6. Other Ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

1. Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

3. Preferably with sales or customer service experience from retail industry
4. Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
5. Willing to relief at another branch or transfer to another branch
