Foundever Malaysia Sdn.Bhd is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Trilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our valued clients. With a focus on building strong relationships and resolving queries efficiently, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone and email in Cantonese and Simplified & Traditional Mandarin
• Provide prompt and accurate information to customers, addressing their concerns and needs
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and elevate matters when necessary
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, both written and verbal. Experience in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
