Your role
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer contacts via telephony, web chat, and social media.
  • Provide excellent customer care and communication.
  • Log and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with stores, couriers, and warehouses for optimal resolutions.
  • Act on customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
  • Handle additional tasks as directed by superiors.

Qualifications
  • Be available for night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration, Mass Communications, E-commerce or equivalent.
