Job summary

A fast-food company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer service representative to respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing system. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commit to a 6-day working week, including weekends. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with a wide range of enquiries, including account management, product information, and complaint resolution.

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to BO software functionalities and issues.

Troubleshoot user issues and elevate complex problems to technical teams when necessary.

Log, track, and manage support tickets to ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.

Assist our customers with system navigation, feature explanation, and minor configuration support.

Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of experience in a F&B / Retail customer service, or call center role.

Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Able to commit to a 6‑day working week, PH & Weekend (1 off day on weekday).
