Job summary

Job description

Responsible for coordinating, order handling, processing, and monitoring of customer order.

Respond promptly to customer enquiries

Handle and resolve customer complaints

Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

Assist in incoming calls or enquiries on problem / complaints

Perform customer verifications

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer services process

Ensure all technician receive Work Order from CBRE & Petron.

Create Work Order in DIMO system.

Close job in MyWork System.

Email for Escalation, Joint Visit, Cancel Work Order to CBRE & Petron.

Received CMR from technician Central region and do filling.

Prepare & submit Complete Not Bill (CNB) Billing to Finance every month.

Prepare CBRE Lump Sum part and ad-hoc document from CBRE approval.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least SPMO’ Level, Higher Secondary/STPM A’ Level /Pre-U, Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Knowledge of customer services principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Candidates must have a good command of written English & Bahasa Melayu & well converse in Mandarinto effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility in attending to calls, including weekends & holidays
