Customer Service Executive (Property Management) – Experienced Only

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,900 (Based on experience)

Urban Room is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to handle tenant communications related to move-in, move-out, and technical support. If you have prior experience in property management or customer service and can communicate professionally and efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle tenant enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and email
  • Coordinate move-in & move-out arrangements
  • Assist tenants with maintenance & technical issues and follow up with vendors
  • Maintain proper records and ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with tenants
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service / property management
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Familiar with WhatsApp-based customer support
  • Responsible, organised, and able to handle multiple cases
  • Experience dealing with tenants is a must
