Job description
Responsibilities
  • Attend Calls – Answer phone calls within 3 rings.
  • Attend E-Mails – Respond to all emails related to Customer Service matters promptly.
  • Provide Guidance & Responds to Daily Queries – Give feedback on all queries and act as a problem solver.
  • Vessel Management – Perform vessel-related tasks, including submitting forecasts to the principal and vessel operator 5 and 3 days prior to vessel ETA.
  • Space Management – Responsible for space management and coordinating with Trade to request space.
  • Reporting – Ensure accurate figures/data are submitted and deadlines are met.
