Attend E-Mails – Respond to all emails related to Customer Service matters promptly.
Provide Guidance & Responds to Daily Queries – Give feedback on all queries and act as a problem solver.
Vessel Management – Perform vessel-related tasks, including submitting forecasts to the principal and vessel operator 5 and 3 days prior to vessel ETA.
Space Management – Responsible for space management and coordinating with Trade to request space.
Reporting – Ensure accurate figures/data are submitted and deadlines are met.
