熟练操作后台客服系统,通过在线即时聊天方式为客户提供专业、高效的文字客服支持。
向客户清晰介绍交易所产品功能及相关服务,及时处理客户问题及投诉,确保问题妥善解决。
整理并分析客户反馈与建议,提出可行的改进方案,并持续跟进相关部门的处理进度。
持续维护客服服务质量,优化服务流程,提升客户满意度与用户体验。
完成主管交办的其他相关工作任务。

轮班制(Shift-based)
Communicate clearly and professionally in both Chinese and English, with basic knowledge of cryptocurrency trading and Web3 concepts.
Provide timely and accurate text-based customer support via live chat and internal support systems.
Assist users with inquiries related to exchange products, account issues, deposits and withdrawals, trading functions, and platform services.
Handle customer issues and basic complaints in accordance with platform policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Document user feedback and common issues, and elevate cases to relevant internal teams when necessary.
Maintain service quality standards and contribute to improving user satisfaction and overall support experience.
Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders or supervisors.
