Join NEXX FIELD MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. as a Customer Service professional in our busy call centre in Taman Desa Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Actively participate in training and development to continuously improve your skills.
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Reply Message & Customer Service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer issues.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
