Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy & Execution
    • Assist in developing and implementing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
    • Execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools (email, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Customer Data Management
    • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer profiles.
    • Segment customer database for personalized communication and campaign optimization.
  • Campaign Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, churn, etc.).
    • Provide regular reports and insights to improve future CRM activities.
  • Customer Journey Management
    • Map out customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement at each touchpoint.
    • Support the development of loyalty programs, welcome flows, and re-engagement strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Provide CRM support for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
  • Tool & Tech Usage
    • Use CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Klaviyo) to manage campaigns and customer interactions.
    • Identify and suggest improvements for automation, system workflows, and data integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles (1–3 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for detail and user experience.
