A pharmaceutical company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to provide pricing, set up customer accounts, and process orders. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and resolving complaints. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism in handling calls and emails while managing administrative duties. Competence in database maintenance and effective communication are essential for success in this position.
Provide pricing, set up new customer accounts, process orders, and prepare orders for delivery.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up diligently on leads after initial interaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer time-frames.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a personalised approach.
To liaise with courier companies for outgoing mails and courier consignments and to dispatch all incoming courier mails / mails effectively and systematically.
Update and maintain databases.
Attend to walk-in visitors and customers courteously, tactfully and with discretion.
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, demonstrating professionalism to every caller.
Filter incoming calls and emails to determine the right person to pass to if necessary.
To perform other general administrative and clerical support when required and any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
