  • Strong background in root-cause analysis and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for customer quality issues and manage complaints.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues using standard methodologies.
  • Manage Customer Quality Service Requests and ensure effective corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product lifecycle and meet industry standards.
  • Lead audits and chair Quality or Tier meetings to discuss quality trends.
  • Possess authority to stop shipments of non-conforming products.
