Job summary

A leading label and printing electronics manufacturer located in Ulu Tiram is seeking a Quality Manager with over 3 years in customer quality management. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, handling customer complaints, and coordinating ISO audits. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.   • 8D/FMEA/quality control plan implemented.

  • Update customers regarding the status of quality issues.
  • Participate in product quality planning based on customer specifications.
  • Prepare and update all necessary quality reports.

Job Descriptions
  • Ensure that the products meet quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with Quality Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers.
  • Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
  • Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customers specifications and requirements.
  • Inform the quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on products quality.
  • Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
  • Train and guide quality management team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
  • Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
  • Prepare and maintain product quality documentation based on ISO specifications.
  • Develop product quality processes based on ISO standards.
  • Mange and coordinate ISO audits.
  • Work with Quality Managers to improve the quality management system based on audit results.
  • Address customer issues on time to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • More than 3 years experience in customer quality management.
  • Good experience in customer complaint handling.
  • Good experience of quality control and quality assurance in line.
  • 8D/FMEA/quality control plan implemented.
  • Good problem-solving ability.
  • Positive learning ability.
  • Clear logic analysis ability.
  • Good oral English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin will be given priority.
