• Prepare, review, and update customer forecasts and orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor supply chain activities to minimize shortages, delays, or excess inventory.
• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams.
• Generate and analyze planning reports to support decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement projects within the SCM department.
