Requirements
- Fluent in Indonesian (spoken and written) – compulsory.
- Comfortable communicating in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to appear on camera and conduct live sessions.
- Willing to travel for events when required (Malaysia & Indonesia).
Experience & Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields OR equivalent working experience.
- Experience in customer service, fulfilment, sales support, training, or live hosting is an advantage.
- Experience in TikTok Live, social media live selling, or online engagement is highly preferred.
- Experience in training, public speaking, emceeing, or event coordination is a strong plus.
- Experience in Canva, CapCut and good Documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities
1. Customer Fulfilment & Service (Indonesia Market)
- Handle customer and dealer enquiries for the Indonesia market via WhatsApp, social media, and internal platforms.
- Process orders, coordinate fulfilment, and follow up on delivery status.
- Manage customer complaints and issues professionally based on company SOP.
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper record-keeping of cases and transactions.
- Act as first-line resolution to prevent unnecessary escalation.
2. TikTok Live Hosting & Online Engagement
- Conduct TikTok Live sessions to promote products, explain usage, promotions, and campaigns for the Indonesia market.
- Engage audiences confidently on camera and respond to live questions in Indonesian.
- Support sales campaigns, product launches, and online activations.
- Coordinate with internal team on live schedules, scripts, and campaign objectives.
3. Training & Dealer Support (Indonesia)
- Deliver training using TDC’s new training system to Indonesian dealers and partners (online or physical).
- Explain product knowledge, business system, and operational processes clearly.
- Assist in onboarding new dealers and supporting their learning journey.Collect feedback from the field and report improvement points to management.
4. Events, Projects & Team Support
- Participate in TDC events (local or overseas, including Indonesia) as required.
- Take on roles such as trainer, emcee, event coordinator, project executive, or event manager depending on event scale and needs.
- Assist in planning, coordination, execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure event and project objectives are met.
