A prominent technology firm in Johor Bahru is looking for a skilled professional to manage customer fulfillment and account management. This role requires proactive engagement with customers, effectively resolving complaints, and collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment, and strong analytical and communication skills. This opportunity offers the chance to develop optimization strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate Customer-Required Date, Customer-Shipped-Date by using the right methods and tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve delivery problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment.
Build long term sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Work closely with internal Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies with mentorship of the Senior members of the team.
Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Exhibit proactiveness, curiosity, and a lookout of process optimization.
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in: Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain-related field.
Minimum of 2 years in customer fulfilment, supply chain operations, or account management, preferably in a B2B or industrial technology environment.
Proficient in using CRM systems, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Possess analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve issues independently and influence outcomes.
Innovative thinker with a knack for overcoming challenges and achieving breakthroughs in processes or bottlenecks.
Relevant experience in customer success and account management, with a proven track record in developing and optimizing fulfillment strategies.
Good commercial mindset, capable of effectively serving both customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences.
