Job summary

A multinational electronics company in George Town, Malaysia, seeks a dedicated professional to manage customer purchase orders and fulfill daily customer requirements. Responsibilities

  • Receive and Process Customer PO. This is a daily activity and must be completed on time.
  • Check customer PO error list, rectify and revalidate the PO once the error is cleared.
  • Handle day-to-day customer requirements e.g. rescheduling, cancellations, cargo damage, shipment arrangement.
  • Handle customer requests and complaints. Provide solutions to customer.
  • Communicate with internal sections to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Implement operations process improvement to minimize manual task handling.
  • Accept and adapt to internal and external operations changes.
